Its head office is in Ranchi, with another branch in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand.Role OverviewThe institute is looking for committed Physics and Chemistry faculty members for JEE and NEET coaching. The role involves teaching core concepts in both offline classrooms and digital learning formats, with an emphasis on exam readiness and student performance.Key ResponsibilitiesTeach Physics and/or Chemistry to students preparing for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET.Conduct engaging classroom lessons as well as online teaching sessions.Develop class notes, practice assignments, assessments, and digital learning content.Create and deliver video lectures, and support live online classes.Train students in problem-solving methods and effective exam techniques.Monitor student learning progress and share timely academic feedback.Contribute to academic planning and curriculum improvement efforts.EligibilityOnly candidates meeting the stated criteria should apply. Applicants should have a B.Tech/B.E. or an equivalent qualification in the relevant subject area; an IIT background is preferred. Freshers are welcome for this opening, though prior teaching experience with JEE/NEET students would be an advantage. Strong subject knowledge, clear communication, digital teaching capability, and the ability to create visually effective learning content are important for the role.Additional RequirementsStrong command over Physics and Chemistry for competitive exam preparation.Good teaching, mentoring, and student interaction skills.Comfort with online teaching tools, smart boards, pen tablets, and presentation software.Basic familiarity with video recording and editing tools.PerksHealth insurance.Compensation and Other DetailsThe annual salary range is INR 6,50,000 to 19,00,000.
