Role Overview
The organization is looking for a seasoned Planning & Reporting Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, and reporting for a road project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s qualification in Civil Engineering from a recognized university is required.
- The role calls for 15 or more years of experience in infrastructure works, including bridges, underpasses, overpasses, roads, and highways.
- Candidates should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience leading planning and reporting functions on major infrastructure projects, including schedule control, progress monitoring, and status reporting.
- Strong written and spoken English is essential; Arabic language ability will be considered an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and the MS Office suite is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules for road and bridge works, using Primavera P6 to build baseline programmes and track milestones and activities.
- Work closely with different teams to collect project inputs and convert them into practical plans aligned with business objectives and delivery timelines.
- Track project performance and progress indicators through Primavera P6 and other analytical tools, and flag gaps that may affect the approved or revised schedule.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly updates for stakeholders, covering project status, manpower/resource allocation, and key risks to support decision-making.
- Run regular coordination meetings with project teams to assess progress, resolve issues, and update recovery plans when needed to keep the project on course.
- Oversee the risk management process by spotting likely risks early and putting mitigation measures in place to reduce their effect on delivery.

This is a full-time onsite opportunity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is focused on a road project and requires senior-level planning, reporting, and schedule management expertise.
