Responsibilities

• Set and execute procurement strategies across a range of categories.
• Oversee supplier performance, contractual arrangements, compliance, and risk controls.
• Spot opportunities to reduce costs while protecting quality and service standards.
• Create strong supplier partnerships and lead commercial negotiations.
• Work with operations, finance, and leadership stakeholders to support business priorities.
• Promote procurement best practices, reporting discipline, and ongoing improvement.
• Incorporate sustainability and responsible sourcing into day-to-day procurement activity.
• Strengthen and grow procurement capability across the team.
• Serve as a trusted procurement advisor to senior stakeholders.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate will bring proven procurement experience from a complex organisation operating across multiple sites or services. You should have strong commercial judgment, solid negotiation ability, and experience working with senior stakeholders.

You’ll need a track record of delivering procurement strategies, achieving savings, and improving supplier outcomes. A strong foundation in supplier management, contract management, and sourcing is important. Experience in food procurement or food category management would be a strong advantage.

The right person will be collaborative, commercially minded, and motivated by continuous improvement.

Compensation and benefits

The salary range for this role is €70,000 to €90,000, with a bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
