Project Scheduler

About the Role

PE Global is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler for a prominent multinational Biotech company located in Cork, Ireland. This position is initially offered as a 12-month contract with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
• Provide regular updates on schedule status to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project participants.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in project scheduling, specifically on operational projects.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Project for schedule development and management.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
