Role Overview
This full-time receptionist position is based in Ranchi, Jharkhand, with a day shift schedule. Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors courteously and provide support in a professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate team or department.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and day-to-day schedules.
- Keep visitor logs and front desk records updated and organized.
- Reply to emails and handle simple customer queries.
- Carry out routine administrative duties and basic data entry work.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication ability in Hindi and basic English.
- A neat, professional, and presentable demeanor.
- Working knowledge of computers, including MS Word, MS Excel, and email usage.
- Comfort with handling multiple tasks and managing time effectively.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with customers calmly and professionally.
- Education requirement: at least 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
- Prior experience at a reception desk or in a front office role will be beneficial.
