Role Overview

Role Summary
The Regional Manager is a people-first leader responsible for supporting stores across the region by strengthening brand presence, improving product sell-through, and delivering strong business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

- Support Store Managers through regular one-on-one check-ins, performance tracking, annual reviews, and goal-setting conversations.

- Equip Store Managers with the information, tools, and resources needed to align store operations with local and global priorities.
- Coach stores in the assigned region on company core values and store principles.
- Support workforce planning and recruitment strategy for store leadership within the region.
- Help build and execute plans to close performance gaps where needed.
- Ensure Store Managers are accountable for leading and developing their own teams.
- Develop strong working relationships with team members to encourage both personal and professional growth.
- Work closely with Store Managers and store teams through regular communication and visits to keep operations aligned with company priorities.
- Partner with regional and cross-functional stakeholders on initiatives such as real estate planning, new store launches, and policy or process changes.
- Create and execute regional business strategies through quarterly planning and review cycles, including community, recruiting, people development, and sales planning.
- Track key store financial measures, review performance against targets, and report outcomes.
- Identify financial shortfalls and growth opportunities, then implement actions to improve results.
- Manage the regional budget and oversee direct leadership responsibility for multiple Store Managers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also handling tasks independently.
- Comfort moving around a store floor to support team members and guests when needed.
- Willingness to travel to retail locations as required.
- Ability to remain at a desk or computer for more than an hour at a time.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is considered an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience managing multiple retail stores is an advantage.
- Prior store management experience with lululemon is an advantage.
