Reservation Manager

Role Overview

Core Duties

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner.
• Support field staff and U-Haul dealerships with reservation handling, equipment placement, and inventory coordination.
• Route incoming equipment to locations based on customer demand and productivity needs so regional supply stays balanced and future demand can be met.
• Examine reports used to improve equipment placement, reservation handling, and contract accuracy.
• Provide assistance with U-Box portable storage services.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or an equivalent credential.
• Familiarity with office tools such as multiline phone systems, proper phone etiquette, Microsoft Word, and email.
• Strong customer service ability along with good time management and multitasking skills.
