  • Own and execute a high-value target account plan, including mapping key stakeholders such as CFOs, Heads of Payments, and E-commerce Directors.
  • Research accounts in depth to match prospects to the ideal customer profile and spot strong commercial signals.
  • Maintain accurate account intelligence in CRM systems to support personalised, insight-led outreach.
  • Run outbound campaigns through phone, email, and LinkedIn to reach senior decision-makers.
  • Write persuasive messages that challenge conventional payment fee structures and create a sense of urgency.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to uncover merchant needs, handle objections, and present Super Payments effectively.
  • Generate 10–15 qualified meetings each month with valuable prospective merchants.
  • Develop early-stage leads into meaningful, high-quality sales conversations.
  • Directly contribute to the growth of the mid-market and enterprise sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Prior exposure to the payments industry is beneficial, along with sales, recruitment, or telemarketing experience that includes outbound prospecting.
  • Familiarity with sales and research tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Cognism, SimilarWeb, Wappalyzer, and G-Suite is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and influence new merchants.
  • Confident telephone presence with the ability to deliver clear and convincing pitches.
