Role overview
This full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore is designed for a sales support profile. The intern will work closely on lead handling, product presentations, CRM updates, customer coordination, and sales process support while also assisting leadership with client-facing preparations.
What you'll do
- Work with inbound inquiries coming from marketing efforts, referrals, and other lead sources.
- Assess prospects by learning about their needs, business pain points, and buying process.
- Arrange and deliver product demos, both virtually and in person when necessary.
- Present the product’s features, advantages, and overall value to potential customers.
- Keep in touch with prospects throughout the sales cycle and manage follow-up communication.
- Support the CEO with client meetings, presentations, proposals, and commercial conversations.
- Record leads, customer interactions, and sales activity accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with product, implementation, and customer success teams to help ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Monitor sales pipelines, prepare reports, and make sure every opportunity receives timely follow-up.
- Collect customer feedback and pass along market observations to the leadership team.
- Assist with additional sales and business development tasks whenever needed.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open to candidates who can join a full-time, on-site internship in Bangalore, start between 30 June 2026 and 4 August 2026, commit for 6 months, and are based in Bangalore. Applicants should also have relevant skills and interest in the role. Fresh graduates seeking job opportunities may also be considered.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in Sales Support, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Pre-Sales, ideally within a SaaS or technology setup.
- Strong spoken and written English communication; knowledge of Hindi or Kannada will be an advantage.
- Good presentation and product demonstration abilities.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Comfort with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Well-developed organization and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about learning in a startup environment.
Compensation and perks
The stipend is INR 14,999 to 15,000 per month. If converted into a permanent role, the expected salary is ₹3,00,000 to ₹3,60,000 per year. A job offer is listed as an additional perk.
