Panda Restaurant Group is hiring an experienced Store Manager to lead a single location in Lacey, Washington. What You Will Do

You will oversee the full operation of one store. Requirements and Work Conditions

Applicants should have a high school diploma, be ServeSafe certified for food safety, and be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends. The role also requires the ability to work in a store located within a 50-mile radius.

The work environment can be physically demanding. Team members may be standing for long periods, working around heat, steam, and food vapors, and using kitchen tools and equipment while maintaining speed and accuracy. Duties may involve lifting up to 50 lbs., working in tight spaces, reaching across counters, and adapting quickly to changing priorities in a high-noise, fast-paced setting. Strong verbal communication and conflict-management skills are important.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this role is $32 to $35. Actual pay within that range depends on factors such as work location and experience. Bonus payments are not guaranteed, and the company may change or end bonus programs at any time without advance notice.
