About the RoleThis internship is designed for an energetic and self-driven HR intern to assist the Talent Acquisition team with finding, engaging, and coordinating prospective candidates. It provides practical, end-to-end exposure to recruitment workflows and suits candidates aiming to grow their career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential candidates using job boards, professional networks, internal databases, and other hiring sources.Review resumes and create a shortlist of applicants who match the role criteria.Handle first-round HR screening conversations to evaluate interest and fit.Arrange and manage interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.Keep candidate records current in recruitment trackers and applicant tracking systems.Stay in touch with candidates during the hiring cycle to help ensure a seamless experience.Support the creation of job descriptions and the publishing of openings across platforms.Assist with employer branding activities and campus recruitment efforts when required.Prepare hiring status reports and share regular progress updates on recruitment activity.RequirementsApplicants should be currently enrolled in, or have recently finished, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar discipline.Strong verbal and written communication, along with good people skills, is essential.Well-developed coordination and time-management abilities are needed.Comfort with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and digital recruitment tools is expected.The role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast-moving setting.A self-motivated, observant, and learning-oriented approach is important.What You Will LearnThis role offers practical experience in full-cycle hiring and talent acquisition, along with direct exposure to hiring managers and other business partners. You will gain hands-on practice in sourcing methods, candidate evaluation, and interview coordination, while also strengthening professional communication and stakeholder management skills. Based on performance and business needs, there may be an opportunity to transition into a full-time position.Additional InformationStipend: 5000 per month.Preferred joining timeline: immediate start or within 15 days.Internship duration: 3 months.Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
