About the role

Tender Palm Super Speciality Hospital is hiring a proactive, patient-oriented Telecalling & Telemarketer to support its healthcare outreach and appointment conversion efforts. The position calls for strong communication in both English and Hindi, along with the ability to engage patients professionally, manage appointment scheduling, and turn enquiries into OPD visits.

What you will do

• Place outbound calls to prospective patients to introduce the hospital’s healthcare services.
• Answer incoming calls in a courteous manner, respond to patient questions, and book appointments.
• Continue follow-ups with leads and patient enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and related communication channels.
• Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed OPD appointments.
• Keep call logs, follow-up details, and patient interaction records up to date in MS Excel and internal tools.
• Work with doctors, departments, and the patient care team to ensure appointments are handled smoothly.
• Maintain strong patient relationships by offering prompt support and resolving basic queries.
• Assist other teams whenever needed to support uninterrupted patient service.
• Protect patient confidentiality and follow the hospital’s standards for professionalism and care.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open only to candidates with at least 1 year of experience. The role is for a female candidate only.

Requirements

• Strong spoken and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Good interpersonal ability and a persuasive, customer-friendly approach.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Comfort working against targets and managing multiple patient enquiries efficiently.
• Prior exposure to telecalling, telemarketing, customer support, healthcare, or hospital services is preferred.
• A positive, patient-first attitude.
• Availability for rotational shifts, including morning, afternoon, evening, and night.

Salary and schedule

The role offers an annual compensation of INR 2,00,000 to 5,00,000. Joining is immediate, and the application deadline is 27 July 2026 at 11:59 PM.

Tender Palm Super Specialty Hospital is a 300-bed healthcare institution in Lucknow with more than 23 super specialties, including cardiology, cardiac surgery, oncology, neurology, neurosurgery, pediatrics, transplant surgeries, nephrology, and urology. The facility operates 24x7 with trauma and critical care support. Its team includes around 100 doctors across specialties and more than 1,000 paramedic staff.
