Role Overview

As a Telecom Account Manager, you will own important telecom relationships and help deepen long-term partnerships with operator accounts. You will be the main commercial contact for assigned telecom partners, ensuring smooth coordination, reliable service, and revenue growth. The position involves close teamwork with internal departments to support partner success and meet wider business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and sustain trusted, long-term relationships with major telecom clients.
• Handle commercial discussions such as pricing, renewals, and contract negotiations to reach outcomes that work for both sides.
• Act as the central contact for telecom partners, managing communication, escalations, and service-related updates.
• Work with sales, marketing, technical support, and other internal teams to align delivery and meet partner expectations.
• Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to show value created and identify further growth opportunities.
• Review usage and performance data to suggest improvements and support business development efforts.
• Track billing questions and disputes, working across teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Support onboarding and rollout of new services, ensuring a smooth transition from commercial agreement to operations.
• Keep up with market movements and competitor pricing with support from Business Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong skills in negotiation and account relationship management, backed by a commercial mindset.
• Ability to interpret data and turn findings into practical business actions.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently while also collaborating well with cross-functional teams.
