Role overview

For the ZARA store in Mannheim, we are looking for a full-time Visual Commercial (m/w/d) to bring fashion trends to life within the store environment. In this role, you connect products with people by translating current trends into compelling presentations, shaping store areas, guiding customer attention, and making each collection easy to experience.

Responsibilities

• Turn fashion trends into engaging in-store experiences.
• Link merchandise presentation with customer engagement.
• Interpret current trends and convert them into visually effective store displays.
• Design and adapt store areas to support the commercial rhythm of the shop.
• Lead the customer’s eye through thoughtful visual placement.
• Help make each collection feel tangible and appealing.
• Work closely with the team to implement visual standards and support decisions.

Requirements

• You understand that strong visual merchandising can inspire customers and drive interest.
• You keep a close eye on fashion, the store environment, and street culture.
• You are able to read the floor and respond to changing commercial needs.
• You contribute to the implementation of visual guidelines together with the team.
• You bring ideas and a clear vision that helps energize the store.
