Role Overview

This on-site business development internship is based in Delhi NCR and involves field sales and relationship-building with preschools, schools, coaching centres, and other educational institutions. The role is centered on promoting AI-enabled education products and services, generating business opportunities, and supporting the company’s growth across the region.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to preschools, schools, coaching centres, and similar educational institutions across Delhi NCR to promote the company’s AI-driven education offerings.
• Deliver presentations, product walkthroughs, demonstrations, and awareness sessions for educators and school management.
• Engage with principals, directors, coordinators, and other decision-makers to create and expand business opportunities.
• Identify, generate, and qualify leads through field visits and networking.
• Collect feedback from institutions and pass relevant market insights to the management team.
• Keep detailed records of visits, meetings, follow-ups, and sales-related actions.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly updates to the head office.
• Meet a target of at least 75 school visits each month.
• Follow up with prospects and work towards converting opportunities into confirmed business orders.
• Develop and nurture long-term professional relationships with schools and other education stakeholders.
• Support institutions in adopting innovative, technology-based learning solutions.
• Take part in sales training, team discussions, and marketing activities arranged by the company.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor movement, and new developments in educational technology.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
• Build hands-on experience in business development, field sales, client relationship management, and educational marketing.

Additional Information

This internship is a full-time, in-office opportunity with a duration of 6 months and an immediate start requirement. The selected intern will be expected to work across the listed Delhi NCR locations: Delhi, Bahadurgarh, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Greater Noida, Noida, and Sonepat.

Terms & Conditions

Candidates must be available for a full-time on-site internship, able to begin between 21st Jun'26 and 26th Jul'26, and willing to commit for the full 6-month duration. Applicants should belong to one of the specified locations only and have relevant skills and interests. Women looking to start or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.

Working Details

The internship offers a monthly stipend and includes a 5-day work week along with an informal dress code. The assignment includes a minimum field activity target of 75 school visits per month.
