About the Internship
This is a full-time, on-site internship focused on recruitment support in Chennai. The role offers hands-on exposure to the hiring process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding assistance, within a large sales, marketing, and HR services organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Search for suitable candidates through job boards, social platforms, and internal talent databases, then review profiles for fit.
- Arrange interviews, keep in touch with applicants and hiring managers, and ensure recruitment records are updated accurately.
- Support the hiring cycle from initial outreach and follow-ups through to onboarding-related coordination.
