Role Overview
WhiteWater Management MENA is hiring an Admin for Finance in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on day-to-day finance administration, record upkeep, reporting support, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to keep financial processes accurate and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep accounting documentation current, including invoices, expenses, receipts, and bank reconciliation records.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and provide support for annual financial statements.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll administration, and petty cash tracking.
- Support tax-related filings, audit coordination, and statutory financial submissions.
Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, HR, Law, or a closely related discipline.
- Prior experience working in a finance-related environment.
- Knowledge of QFC, MOCI, Qatar tax, and labour procedures is an added advantage.
- Strong command of Excel along with good accounting, communication, and organizational abilities.
- English proficiency is mandatory; Arabic fluency is beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
