Role overview

Internova Travel Group’s Global Travel Collection (GTC) represents a large network of leading luxury travel advisors serving leisure, corporate, and entertainment clients around the world. The Administrative Assistant will support a Principal Advisor and contribute to day-to-day office and client-related coordination from the Midtown Manhattan office in New York.

This is a hybrid role with in-office presence required Tuesday through Thursday.

What you’ll do

  • Handle routine administrative work such as sending emails, retrieving information, and keeping records organized and up to date.
  • Coordinate with hotels by email and phone to complete follow-ups.
  • Review lists of unclaimed commissions and reach out to vendors who still owe payments.
  • Support additional administrative tasks and assignments as needed.

What we’re looking for

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 6 months of administrative experience.
  • Ability to manage several tasks at once while meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Comfort using multiple web-based tools and systems on a regular basis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hospitality-industry experience is advantageous.
