Role overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join a fully remote team focused on delivering excellent service and dependable support. This position suits someone who enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and can create a positive customer experience in a fast-moving digital setting.
As a primary contact for customers, you will answer questions, help resolve problems, and make sure each interaction is handled in a professional and efficient manner. Strong language ability, close attention to detail, and a customer-first approach will be important in maintaining trust and strong client relationships.
Core responsibilities
- Handle customer questions through email, chat, or phone and provide correct details about products, services, and internal processes.
- Support customers with troubleshooting and resolution of common issues, including identifying the underlying cause and walking them through next steps.
- Escalate complicated or sensitive matters to the right internal team when needed.
- Record all customer interactions in the CRM or support platform, keep case notes accurate, and track open issues until closure.
- Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely resolution and maintain updated customer records.
- Meet company standards for response quality, tone, and communication in every interaction.
- Manage complaints with patience, professionalism, and empathy.
- Help improve service quality by spotting repeated issues and sharing observations with the team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Join training sessions and team meetings, and stay current on product updates, policies, and procedures.
Required profile
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with patience and empathy.
- Ability to manage several tasks in a busy, high-volume environment.
- Comfort using computers and common digital tools.
- Good problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently in a remote work setup.
- Prior experience in customer support is advantageous.
