About the Role

Lifestyle is a major retail player focused on beauty, fashion, and home categories. Since 1998, the brand has built a strong omnichannel presence with a wide assortment across colour cosmetics, fragrances, personal care, fashion accessories, home essentials, and home fragrance. With more than 160 stores across the GCC and a fast-expanding online business, it serves over 4 million customers annually.

What You Will Do

  • Strengthen online merchandising by using beauty trends, seasonality, and visual presentation to highlight products, encourage cross-selling, and improve conversion and basket size.
  • Work with marketing, merchandising, and external partners to build campaign calendars, negotiate online-exclusive and brand-funded promotions, and align activity with traffic patterns.
  • Track category stock levels through stock-to-sales analysis and coordinate with warehouse, content, and external platforms so launches go live on time and with correct site presentation.
  • Ensure pricing is implemented accurately across channels, watch for unusual price movements or margin pressure, and partner with category managers to protect competitiveness.
  • Study online performance trends and convert them into demand forecasts that help shape assortment, inventory planning, and promotional decisions.
  • Review monthly and weekly KPIs, carry out competitor checks, and share detailed daily sales reports and dashboard insights to support decision-making.
  • Contribute to budgeting with Planning and Finance teams, and manage marketplace reconciliation to fix mismatches and maintain financial control.
  • Spot operational delays, create SOPs, and introduce automation to improve efficiency, reduce mistakes, and scale e-commerce processes.
  • Coordinate with brand partners to ensure products are catalogued and launched within the timeline provided by the brands.

Requirements

  • A graduate degree in any discipline is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is needed.
  • Applicants should have 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytics capability is essential; experience with Power BI and Power Query is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to the beauty category will be an added advantage.
  • You should understand online and local retail markets, budgeting and costing, and consumer or market research methods.
  • Commercial awareness, sound judgment, and the ability to solve problems and make decisions are important.
  • Good communication, networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are required.
  • A self-driven, proactive mindset is expected.
