What you will handle

• Assist project managers with day-to-day delivery from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Support budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and project records.
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting notes.
• Work closely with field staff, owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Help keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality expectations.

What the employer is seeking

• 2 to 5+ years of experience working with a general contractor.
• Background in ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction tools.
• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is preferred.
