Role overview
The Visa Consulting & Analytics Development Program is a 12-month accelerated consulting track designed for early-career talent. It is intended to strengthen the entry-level pipeline for Visa Consulting & Analytics by developing people with consulting-focused capabilities. The selected associate will gain exposure to several practice areas, including strategy, portfolio optimization, digital, risk, and implementation support. The role also includes project work, learning and development, mentoring, networking, and leadership exposure.
Project-based responsibilities
- Draft client project proposals and clearly define the objective, scope, deliverables, approach, dependencies, and stakeholder roles.
- Support project initiation and structure the work by testing hypotheses, gathering insights, and shaping methods and strategies.
- Build the evidence base through client interviews and analysis of information such as client data, process maps, policies, and competitive, industry, and environmental inputs.
- Develop practical recommendations and solutions that align with client goals and improve performance, using Visa Consulting & Analytics tools, frameworks, and standard methods.
- Create and present persuasive presentations that communicate findings, concepts, and recommendations during consulting assignments.
General responsibilities
- Spot opportunities for client projects and help include them in account plans.
- Develop, maintain, and refine models, while also supporting intellectual property creation and standardized VCA offerings.
- Continuously expand knowledge, identify new insights, and produce thought leadership content that helps advance the practice and its methodologies.
Work arrangement
This is a hybrid role. The expected number of office days will be confirmed by the hiring manager.
Eligibility
Applicants must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or Economics, and must complete their qualification by June 2026. Candidates graduating between June 2024 and June 2026 are eligible to apply.
