Role overview
Felixstowe School is looking to appoint an Attendance Manager to join its student support team. This position plays an important part in helping pupils stay engaged with school, spotting attendance patterns early, and putting timely support in place. The role calls for strong attention to detail, confidence in analysing trends, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with families and outside agencies.
The post is based at Felixstowe School, Address: Felixstowe, Suffolk IP11 9QR.

- Salary: £28,598 - £31,022 pro rata, with actual pay of £25,632 - £27,805.
- Working pattern: 37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year.

What the role involves
You will be responsible for tracking attendance closely, identifying emerging concerns, and making sure the right intervention happens at the right time. This position is part of a wider student support function that works to remove barriers to learning and help students succeed.
