Role overview

Woolworths Group is looking for a Baker to join its Belrose bakery team on an early morning roster. This full-time onsite role suits someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment, values teamwork, and wants to help produce fresh, high-quality baked goods that local customers return for. The shift runs from 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday to Sunday, which can help you avoid peak-hour traffic and keep your afternoons available.

Key duties

• Bring the company’s Everyday ACTs principles — Acknowledge, Care and Thank — into daily work by creating products and experiences customers genuinely appreciate.
• Maintain strong food safety and hygiene standards so work areas stay clean, orderly, and ready for inspection.
• Help guide and support the team, contributing to a workplace culture built on wellbeing, resilience, and shared achievement.
• Continue developing your baking expertise and leadership capability through ongoing learning and curiosity.
• Work effectively in a busy bakery setting, handling physical work, pressure, and tight production timelines with confidence.

What you need to bring

To succeed in this role, you should have a formal baking qualification or an equivalent level of industry experience. Prior experience in a high-volume or fast-paced bakery environment is also required.
