Role Overview

The Billing Executive will manage invoice preparation, record keeping, and follow-ups related to billing and payments. The role also involves coordinating on order status, resolving billing concerns, and sharing regular work updates.

Key Responsibilities

Create invoices and e-invoices accurately and ensure they are issued within the required timelines.
Track each invoice through delivery and follow up until completion.
Address billing discrepancies and customer or internal queries, and work toward timely resolution.
Maintain proper documentation and organized records for all billing-related activities.
Monitor outstanding invoices and payables, and continue follow-up as needed.
Prepare and submit monthly reports.
Raise orders whenever required and track them through to completion.
Maintain a positive workplace attitude and support team morale.
Report daily work progress and status updates.
