BIM Modeller (Electrical/HDB)

Overview

Oneness Holdings is hiring a BIM Modeller with a focus on electrical and HDB-related work in Singapore. The role centers on producing accurate BIM-based shop drawings and as-built drawings, maintaining Revit project files, and supporting coordination across M&E disciplines.

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected monthly pay: $3,500 to $4,500
• Performance-based incentive pay
• Annual salary increment
• 2% medical allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Develop shop drawings and as-built drawings from BIM models using Revit.
• Set up, organize, and maintain Revit files for electrical and plumbing systems.
• Revise and coordinate Revit models during project execution, including slab pipe layouts, underground piping, tray and trunking routes, lightning protection, and lighting/power point locations.
• Check for clashes and coordination issues within the model and against other project disciplines.
• Ensure all drawings are completed accurately and delivered within deadlines.
• Handle other drafting duties assigned by the supervisor.
• Support the Project Manager in project close-out and other ad hoc tasks when needed.

Requirements

• A diploma or degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least 1 year of experience as an M&E BIM drafter in Singapore’s construction sector is necessary.
• Prior drafting exposure to HDB or condominium projects will be considered an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of BIM, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office is required.
• Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings and BIM models.
• Should be comfortable working under pressure in a fast-moving environment with tight timelines.
• Need to be self-driven, practical, dependable, hardworking, and able to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Experience as an MEP drafter in electrical, plumbing, or sanitary works is required.
