  • Take ownership of P&L performance for assigned SKUs and work with Finance on forecasting, margin control, and trade investment decisions.
  • Review performance metrics, shopper insights, and competitor activity to shape marketing and commercial actions.
  • Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and in-market initiatives with Sales, Operations, and Demand Planning teams.
  • Work with Creative and Shopper Marketing partners to ensure packaging and retail materials are strong, consistent, and on brand.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of brand management experience in the CPG sector, with exposure to club retail or other high-volume retail channels preferred.
  • Solid understanding of club channel fundamentals, including pricing, packaging formats, rotation patterns, and margin structures.
  • Proven track record of managing several projects and cross-functional stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience handling P&L responsibility, forecasting, and commercial performance monitoring.
  • Strong analytical ability with the skill to turn POS data, shopper research, and market trends into practical action plans.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with collaboration tools like Slack and Monday.com.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities, supported by a proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-focused mindset.
