The company aims to help learners build modern skills and connect with meaningful career outcomes.Role SummaryThis opening is for energetic sales professionals who are motivated by targets, comfortable speaking with prospects, and interested in building a long-term career in sales. In this role, you will explain the value of the company’s programs to prospective learners and convert interested leads into enrollments through structured outreach and relationship management.What You Will DoTurn inbound leads into successful learner enrollments.Speak with students through phone calls and virtual meetings to counsel them on programs.Work toward revenue goals and consistently meet assigned sales targets.Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.Record and manage lead interactions and activity in CRM systems.Candidate ProfileA bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.0 to 1 year of experience in B2C sales, EdTech, or inside sales is preferred.Strong communication, persuasion, and people skills are essential.You should bring a strong sense of ownership and a results-oriented attitude.Availability for a 6-day work week is necessary.You should be comfortable in a fast-moving, target-led sales environment.Compensation and BenefitsTotal compensation is listed at ₹8.10 LPA during the first 2 months of training, calculated on a pro-rated basis, with ₹3.6 LPA fixed and ₹4.5 LPA variable.After training, the package increases to ₹9 LPA, including ₹4.5 LPA fixed and ₹4.5 LPA variable.Performance-based incentives are uncapped.The role offers exposure to a high-growth startup environment.There are meaningful opportunities for learning and career advancement.Work ArrangementThis is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
