Role Overview
Petpooja is hiring a Business Development Executive in Ahmedabad, Gujarat for an on-site full-time role. The position centers on converting incoming interest into qualified sales opportunities, running product demos, and supporting prospects through the sales journey.
Core Responsibilities
- Reply quickly to inbound leads and customer inquiries.
- Reach out to potential customers by phone and email for the first interaction.
- Plan and coordinate online demo sessions, using effective screen-sharing tools.
- Deliver detailed and engaging product walkthroughs customized to each client’s needs.
- Identify customer requirements and resolve questions or concerns with clarity.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients.
- Support customers throughout the sales cycle with steady follow-up and assistance.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure leads are handed over smoothly.
- Meet and surpass sales targets and performance goals.
- Keep CRM records up to date with all customer interactions and sales activity.
Additional Qualifications and Skills
- Experience or familiarity with inside sales.
- Ability to handle cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Lead generation and prospecting capability.
