Role overview
We are seeking a Care Assistant to support customers in their own homes in Bexley. The role focuses on delivering care in a way that protects dignity, encourages independence, and matches each customer’s agreed support plan.
You will travel to customers’ homes and provide practical day-to-day help. The care offered is intended to be comparable to the kind of assistance a person might normally receive from a family member, including personal care and help around the home.
The pay for this position is 11.85 per hour. Both full-time and part-time hours are available.
Key responsibilities
- Support customers with washing and dressing.
- Assist with shopping and meal preparation.
- Remind customers to take medication as needed.
- Help with everyday routines and general daily living tasks.
- Provide respite care when required.
- Encourage social interaction and participation in leisure activities.
- Support customers in accessing their local community.

Eligibility and requirements
Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
