Role Overview
PAL Airlines is hiring a full-time Cargo Agent for its St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador location. This role is suited to someone who enjoys a busy setting, takes ownership of their work, and brings strong customer service capabilities. The company focuses on dependable on-time service, positive travel experiences, and high-quality support for customers.
Key Duties
- Receive incoming cargo and manage its handling.
- Inspect, scan, and organize freight as part of cargo processing.
- Carry out warehouse-related tasks.
- Load and unload aircraft in different weather conditions.
- Use a forklift as required.
- Support both internal teams and external customers.
- Complete routine office tasks when needed.
- Prepare basic accounting work and daily sales reports.
- Take on additional duties assigned by the employer.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or warehouse work in a high-volume environment. Strong customer service ability is essential, along with clear written and verbal communication. The position also requires solid problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions on the spot. Applicants should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

- A clean Record of Conduct must be obtainable.
