Role Overview
The Case Manager will oversee patient cases end-to-end, from enrolment through completion of the program, while delivering a high standard of customer experience throughout the journey. The role reports to the Regional Business Unit Director and is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
The position involves managing case progress, coordinating with patients and healthcare partners, keeping records updated, and helping resolve insurance and access-related issues in a timely manner.
