CGI Visualiser

Overview

Utopia Design is looking for a highly driven CGI Visualiser to join its design function and contribute to signature hospitality developments within the real estate sector. The role centres on turning early-stage design ideas into clear 3D models and visual presentations that communicate the intended concept effectively. Because the work is mainly at concept stage, strong speed and efficiency in both modelling and rendering are essential. You will work closely with the Design Director and collaborate with exterior and interior design teams to shape sketches into architectural concepts. The position is ideal for someone experienced, proactive, self-managed, and comfortable presenting concept ideas directly to clients.

Work setup

This is a fully remote role. Collaboration is aligned with Central European Time (CET) or UK working hours. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not provided for this position.

Responsibilities

• Partner with architectural and design teams to plan and visualise exterior, interior, and architectural projects.
• Develop original design proposals based on client requirements for review and feedback.
• Build custom materials and textures in 3ds Max and Corona Render using selections shared by the interior design team.
• Create or source 3D FF&E elements in line with exterior and interior design choices.
• Model custom furniture from sketches or image references.
• Deliver quick sketch renders and preview visuals for internal evaluation, covering both interior and exterior concepts.
• Work effectively in an agile team environment and use project management tools such as Jira.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• At least 5 years of solid experience as a CGI exterior designer, with a track record of completed projects.
• At least 3 years of experience as a CGI interior designer, with completed project experience.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Advanced working knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, and related visualisation software.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• A portfolio is mandatory.
