An opening is available for a seasoned hospital operations executive to join a major acute care hospital in the Greater DMV area as Chief Operating Officer. This is a high-visibility leadership position in a Level I Trauma Center environment, within a large national healthcare network that combines strong system support with the chance to make a direct local impact.

The position is designed for a leader who prefers being close to day-to-day operations, working alongside physicians and teams, and improving how the hospital performs across service lines, quality, staffing, finances, and patient experience. Compensation and benefits

• Base salary range of $260,000 to $340,000.
