Role Summary

Sentic is hiring a highly organized, proactive Client Operations Manager to act as the key link between clients and the specialist teams supporting them. The position blends client success with project management and is centered on turning client objectives into clear action plans, keeping internal execution on track, and communicating campaign results back to clients. Client Communication and Relationship Management

  • Prepare, maintain, and present dashboards and reports that explain campaign results and return on investment in a client-friendly way.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in account management, marketing operations, or digital project management, ideally in a digital or media agency.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing and its key components, with the ability to understand platform data and turn it into client-facing insights and strategy.
  • Excellent organizational ability and comfort managing several workstreams at once in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Shopify, plus exposure to other systems that act as a central source of truth.
  • Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Databox, along with communication tools like Slack.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership, problem-solve independently, and execute without waiting for others to step in.
