Key responsibilities

  • Partner with the Client Partner as a product and insights specialist to uncover and execute marketing approaches that deliver measurable results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with major clients and agency partners.
  • Turn custom analysis into clear stories and recommendations, create presentations, and share findings with business stakeholders.
  • Plan experimentation programs, set up tracking, interpret outcomes, and present recommendations based on results.
  • Advise clients and agencies as an external product expert, helping them understand product capabilities and best practices while expanding the partnership.
  • Lead proactive media and measurement strategy, implementation, and optimization to improve performance and investment levels.
  • Manage account operations such as troubleshooting and account setup.
  • Collaborate across internal cross-functional teams to coordinate and deliver complex workstreams.
  • Be available to travel as required.

Requirements

  • Preferred: knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical tools such as R, SAS, or SPSS.
  • Preferred: experience with Meta’s full advertising suite.
