Role overview
TALA is a design-led women’s activewear and athleisure brand that has grown rapidly since launching in 2019. The business combines a strong organic social presence with a digital-first, multichannel model and continues to expand its physical retail footprint in London. As a Content Creator based in London, you will help shape how the brand appears across social channels and related touchpoints by planning, filming, editing, and publishing content that is on-brand and performance-driven.
This role suits someone who can turn ideas into compelling social content quickly and confidently. You’ll contribute to campaign work, business-as-usual content, store moments, events, trends, and spontaneous opportunities spotted in the studio or office. The team is especially interested in seeing examples of your strongest TikTok work as well as creative Instagram reels, carousels, and stories.
Content creation
- Develop and produce social-led content across campaigns, routine brand activity, events, and other content opportunities, taking pieces from concept through filming and final delivery in both still and video formats.
- Work alongside the Senior and Junior Content Creators on campaign and ecommerce shoots, plan additional filming when needed, create shot lists from briefs, capture quality footage, and edit assets quickly for use across multiple channels while staying true to the brand.
- Remain flexible on non-shoot days by finding and capturing reactive, product-led, and trend-based content in the studio and office.
- Present confidently on camera for product explainers, try-on content, and direct-to-audience messaging.
- Produce engaging copy that speaks directly to customers and supports social content across channels.
- Help with production tasks such as steaming, preparing, and packing products for in-house shoots.
Trends and performance
- Keep up with the latest social formats, tools, and best practices so TALA’s content stays relevant, distinctive, and effective.
- Use trending ideas and themes to help increase reach and engagement with the brand’s audience.
- Contribute to weekly and quarterly performance reporting so the team can refine content and improve growth outcomes.
