Role Overview

This is a remote contract opportunity for a Creative Director to lead the launch campaign for BUBLIK, a bilingual psychodrama filmed in London and currently in post-production. The project features Ksenia Rappoport and music by Novelist, and the team is building a Kickstarter and social media campaign to support the film’s release and wider audience push, with ambitions that include major festivals such as Sundance and beyond.

The role is intended for someone who has already led film campaigns successfully and can point to real outcomes such as funded crowdfunding drives, audience growth, and effective social rollouts. This is not an entry-level position; it is suited to a creative leader with a proven record in film marketing and campaign execution.

What You Will Lead

• Shaping the overall creative direction for the film’s social media presence and Kickstarter campaign from start to finish.
• Designing the campaign journey, including how the project is teased, introduced, expanded, and converted into support.
• Building content strategy across platforms using an existing visual and content library, while keeping the film’s aesthetic and narrative world consistent.
• Defining the story communicated to backers and audiences, and ensuring it is delivered in a compelling way.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has previously delivered successful film fundraising or awareness campaigns, either on Kickstarter or a similar platform, and can demonstrate measurable results. They should understand how films attract and engage audiences online, combine storytelling instinct with strategic thinking, and be comfortable working quickly against firm deadlines.
