Customer Service Engineer

About the Role

Appu Engineering is looking for a customer service engineer who can combine hands-on technical know-how with strong client support skills. The role focuses on helping customers with issues related to electrical machines and ensuring fast, effective service.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and fix customer problems connected to electrical machines through phone calls, email communication, or face-to-face support.
• Visit customer sites to identify faults and carry out repairs for more involved technical issues.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop practical solutions and keep customer experience strong.
• Train clients on how the electrical machines work and how to use them effectively.
• Keep track of industry developments and new technical updates so support stays current and useful.
• Maintain clear records of customer conversations, issues raised, and the solutions provided.
• Share customer feedback with the product development team to help improve future versions of the machines.

Who Can Apply

Requirements

Background in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.Qualification should be B.E. or Diploma.Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
