Role overview
This position is for a Customer Service Executive based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role centers on managing incoming leads, supporting existing and prospective clients, coordinating across teams, and ensuring customer requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day flow of leads for selected D&B products.
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner, share information about services, respond to queries from current customers, and assist the sales team with new inquiries.
- Keep precise records of questions, requests, complaints, and feedback, and ensure appropriate follow-up is completed.
- Work with internal teams to make sure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Route customer requests to the right person or department for resolution.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing customers.
- Stay well-informed about the full range of D&B offerings.
- Provide clear, correct, and complete information whenever needed.
- Support updates and maintenance of the customer database.
- Assist with research work and help generate sales leads.
Education
A graduate degree is required.
Experience
The role is suited to candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience in corporate customer management or B2B customer service.
