Role Overview
This position is suited to someone who enjoys interacting with people and takes initiative in resolving customer concerns. The aim of the role is to turn customers into enthusiastic supporters through helpful, reliable service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions over phone, email, and chat.
- Respond clearly and accurately to questions about products, pricing, and stock availability.
- Coordinate with internal teams to make sure customer requirements are addressed.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry across different systems and platforms.
Qualifications
- Relevant professional experience of 1 to 3 years.
- Strong phone manner along with excellent spoken, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Capability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organized and prioritizing effectively.
