Role overview

This position is for someone who enjoys helping people and wants to build a career in customer support. The role plays an important part in delivering a positive experience for customers using the company’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Make sure customer needs are addressed as they use and move through the product.
• Support customers across all available communication and engagement channels.
• Work within a schedule that may change depending on business needs.
• Help strengthen the product’s value by delivering a consistently positive customer experience.
• Assess customer complaints and concerns and look for ways to improve service quality.
• Conduct outbound calls to educate clients about existing and newly launched products.
• Run telephone surveys to understand customer satisfaction and how the brand is perceived.

Requirements

• At least two years of college education.
• Strong command of English, Shona, and Ndebele; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer support.
• Ability to work under pressure and with limited supervision.
• Genuine interest in helping people and delivering excellent service.
• Comfortable working independently and handling pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to learn quickly.
• Interest in the sports industry; understanding of football betting is a plus.
