Key Responsibilities

• Manage all customer enquiries through the intercom channel relating to issues across Manna’s locations.
• Act as a bridge between customers and vendors when a concern falls outside Manna’s direct responsibility.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights with operations teams so preventive measures can be put in place.
• Take full ownership of reported issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve them quickly and effectively.
• Support and coach loaders on ways to reduce repeat issues based on customer feedback and experience.
• Handle additional customer success tasks as needed.
• Present orders and help train new staff on customer excellence practices.

Compensation

The role pays €15.50 per hour.

Work Style

This is a part-time position based onsite in Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.
