Role overview
DigiHyre is looking for a careful and organized Data Entry Clerk to support business development and operations teams by entering, checking, and maintaining records in internal systems. This is a fully remote role open to applicants in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Input and refresh business and client information with a high level of accuracy.
- Check records for completeness, correctness, and consistency.
- Compare data against source documents and fix any mismatches.
- Keep electronic files and documentation well organized.
- Create simple reports for internal teams when needed.
- Adhere to standards for data quality, handling, and confidentiality.
- Work toward defined productivity and accuracy targets.
Required qualifications
A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required. Previous work in data entry or administrative support is preferred. The role calls for fast and accurate typing, good command of MS Excel, Word, and other common office tools, strong attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Preferred skills
Experience with CRM or database tools, familiarity with Google Workspace, and exposure to business development, sales, or operations-related data would be an advantage.

This position is fully remote and follows standard business hours in the United States.
Compensation
The annual pay range for this role is USD 38,000 to USD 42,000, depending on experience and performance.
