Role Summary
This position supports general labor work focused on litter collection and cleaning tasks.
Key Duties
- Drive a pickup truck between assigned stops along a planned route.
- Finish assigned work within the required time frame.
- Carry out labor tasks directed by the team lead.
- Collect litter along highways.
- Handle cleaning and labor work at retail properties.
- Use a leaf blower to clear sidewalks, replace trash bags, and inspect the property for issues.
Candidate Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- High school diploma, equivalent qualification, or related work experience.
- Prior experience working outdoors.
- Ability to follow instructions and read maps.
- Comfort and skill in safely operating a pickup truck.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.
- Physical capability for moderate lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping; fine manual dexterity is not required.
- Ability to remain standing for a full shift, with walking, stair climbing, and bending as needed.
- Must be able to pass drug screening and remain drug-free, including pre-employment and random testing.
