Role overview
This contract position is fully remote and focuses on reviewing documents and datasets to support the training of advanced AI systems. The work helps improve how models learn, reason, and respond by supplying accurate, real-world inputs.
Key responsibilities
- Examine large sets of structured and unstructured information carefully, making sure the content is complete and correct.
- Spot data quality concerns, inconsistencies, and possible privacy risks, especially where personally identifiable information may be involved.
- Label, sort, and when needed remove sensitive details to support privacy protection and compliance requirements.
- Work within defined rules, classification systems, and workflow steps to categorize and validate information.
- Carry out QA checks to confirm data integrity and verify outputs.
- Keep clear records of what was reviewed and what actions were taken so the process remains traceable and accountable.
- Coordinate with the client team and communicate findings and recommendations clearly in both written and spoken form.
Required experience and qualifications
- Hands-on experience with document review, auditing, annotation, redaction, or large-scale data classification.
- Very strong attention to detail and the ability to stay accurate while doing repetitive work.
- Working knowledge of how to handle and safeguard personally identifiable information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document findings and work well with others.
- Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and stay aligned with established classification rules.
- Experience with QA or validation tasks on sizable datasets.
- The ability to stay efficient without sacrificing accuracy in a remote setup.
Preferred background
Candidates with experience in legal, compliance, privacy, auditing, or information security environments are especially well suited. Prior exposure to AI or machine learning data projects is also an advantage, as is comfort using collaboration tools and digital workflow platforms.
