This position is ideal for someone who likes structured, detail-oriented work and is comfortable keeping multiple online stores and sales channels running smoothly. The role is central to daily store operations, ensuring that products, orders, promotions, customer interactions, and reporting are handled accurately and consistently.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily performance of the company’s online stores across several brands. Your work will help maintain a dependable online shopping journey while supporting sales, operational precision, and coordination across internal teams.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of all company e-commerce stores.
  • Add, revise, and structure product listings, including images, descriptions, prices, variants, specifications, and stock levels.
  • Set up and maintain promotions, discount codes, bundles, seasonal campaigns, and website banners.
  • Track incoming orders and stay on top of each one until it is delivered successfully.
  • Work with warehouse staff, suppliers, branches, and logistics partners to keep inventory accurate and deliveries on schedule.
  • Manage delays, failed deliveries, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer issues.
  • Handle customer questions via website chat, WhatsApp, social media, marketplaces, and other support channels.
  • Verify that pricing, VAT configuration, shipping charges, payment options, return rules, and delivery details are correctly set.
  • Administer store content and operations on platforms such as Shopify, Salla, Zid, Amazon, Noon, or similar systems.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly updates on sales, orders, best-selling items, weak-performing products, stock concerns, returns, and operational issues.
  • Keep product, stock, order, and customer records clean, current, and accurate across all e-commerce systems.
  • Help launch new stores, products, sales channels, and online campaigns when needed.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with strong practical e-commerce experience and the ability to manage day-to-day store operations with care and accuracy.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Good command of English communication.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, online campaign execution, and sales reporting is an advantage.
  • Awareness of e-commerce performance indicators such as sales volume, conversion rate, average order value, return rate, and top-selling products is preferred.
  • Experience working with marketing and design teams on banners, product visuals, landing pages, and promotional assets is preferred.
  • Certifications related to Shopify, Salla, Zid, Google Analytics, digital marketing, or e-commerce operations are welcomed but not mandatory.
  • Ability to join within 30 days or less is preferred.
  • Willingness to support the business during peak campaigns, seasonal promotions, and urgent operational situations when needed is preferred.
  • Familiarity with communication tools such as WhatsApp Business, email, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or similar platforms is a plus.
