What the job involves

In this field-based role, you will visit residential neighborhoods, identify homes that may be suitable for a no-cost roof inspection, speak with homeowners, and arrange inspection appointments. The work is done from the ground only; you will not be selling directly or climbing on roofs. Instead, the focus is on homeowner education, basic visual checks from ground level, and setting up the next step with the in-home inspection team.

Key duties

• Cover assigned residential neighborhoods on foot
• Engage homeowners in person at their residences
• Carry out simple visual checks from ground level
• Explain the free roof inspection service clearly
• Book appointments for inspection visits
• Stay active and work outdoors throughout the shift

Schedule and working conditions

This is an on-site position with team transportation provided from the office. Availability is required Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and the role requires 40 hours per week. There is no overnight travel involved.

Pay and earnings

Compensation includes hourly pay, commission, and performance bonuses. Weekly earnings are stated as $770 to $1,350, and weekly pay is offered. First-year earnings are commonly estimated at $40,000 to $70,000+ depending on performance and consistency.
