What the role involves

The Field Inspector position is field-based and face-to-face. You will visit residential neighborhoods, identify homes that may qualify for a no-cost roof inspection, speak with homeowners, and help arrange inspection appointments for the in-home inspection team. The job does not involve roof climbing or direct selling; instead, it focuses on ground-level observations, homeowner education, and appointment setting.

Key duties

• Cover assigned residential areas on foot
• Approach homeowners and speak with them at their property
• Carry out simple visual checks from the ground
• Explain the free roof inspection offering
• Book inspection appointments
• Stay active and work outdoors throughout the shift

Schedule and work setting

This is an on-site role with Monday through Saturday availability required between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. The position requires 40 hours per week. There is no overnight travel, and transportation is provided from the office for team travel.
