Southern National Roofing is hiring a full-time Field Inspector for an on-site, W-2 position in Spartanburg, SC. This is an urgent opening with paid training and an immediate start available. What the Job Involves

In this position, you will move through residential neighborhoods, identify homes that may be eligible for a complimentary roof inspection, and help arrange inspection appointments with homeowners. You will work from the ground only; this is not a roofing, climbing, or direct sales position. Your focus will be on friendly conversations, basic visual checks from the ground, homeowner education, and appointment setting for the in-home inspection team.

Key Duties

• Cover assigned residential areas on foot
• Speak with homeowners at their homes
• Carry out simple ground-level visual inspections
• Explain the free roof inspection offering
• Book appointments for inspection visits
• Remain active and work outdoors during the day

Schedule and Work Conditions

This is an on-site field role with Monday through Saturday availability expected between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. The position requires 40 hours per week. There is no overnight travel, and transportation is provided from the office for team operations.

Compensation

Pay is based on hourly earnings plus commission and performance bonuses. Weekly earnings are stated as $770 to $1,350, and weekly pay is offered. The role is described as a W-2 full-time position, and first-year income is commonly cited as $40,000 to $70,000+ depending on performance and consistency.
